Andrew from Circle Supports has worked in disability and social services for many years in the UK and Australia, including for companies like Anglicare, Lifeline and Mind Australia. Andrew enjoys helping people to look over the wall of challenge, adversity or stuckness to see what might be possible in the world around them.
He does this by providing support, coaching and mentoring to participants with a mental health condition, so they can realise a better life for themselves, despite life's challenges.
Andrew is a qualified Yoga Instructor and Web Designer.
Services
Andrew provides psychosocial recovery coaching and peer mentoring. Andrew has helped many people over the years to explore their unique skills through small to medium sized goals such as:
Start an Advocacy Service
Alognside coaching and mentoring, with Circle Supports, another participant started a advocacy service for people with a disability. Through their unique experience and knowledge, they now help educate members of the public, people with a disability and government to understand and navigate the community safely and with respect.
Training as a Caring Professional and Getting into Work
Circle Supports has helped to inspire people with a disability to train and learn to provide help to others as caring professionals. For many who have worked with Circle, getting into or back into employement has given them new confidence and purpose in life.
Produce a Book of Artwork
Andrew has helped a local artist to produce a printed book of their artwork to share with friends and sell. This has inspired them to work towards a local exhibition of their art.


Andrew Helped create Circle Independent after hearing from people with a disability what was important to them in getting help and hope for a better life. Circle Independent connects qualified, registered NDIS providers with participants who need professional high quality help.
