Inspired By Breath
Many people breath incorrectly. This is no judgement or failing. After all it is not taught at schools and it is assumed that breathing is a natural and unconscious process.
Through the practices of Yoga, this process becomes concious, even for a short time and the practice of breathing is transformed into a practice which uplifts the energy and transforms the mind body and spirit from a state of disease and stress into a state of harmony, balance and inspiration.
We are quite literally invited to inspire and to expire in a way that supports our health and wellbeing.
